Gotcha thanks for the info. I’ve shot the 365, but not the X or XL. I watched a YouTube video comparing the two. The guy said it’s literally the tiniest most unrecognizable difference, but the added weight of the XL slide adds a bid of snappiness to it when it goes back. I really think at this point I’m just overthinking it haha

I have a P365 but I replaced the grip module with an XL. It just feels more solid than a p365 grip module usings a 12 rd or 15 rd magazine. The 12 snd 15 round magazines in a P365 can pinch your fingers which doesn't happen with a XL grip module. Also, when changing magazines in the P365, your hand can interfere with the change.
365 or XL I have XXL hands and to give some idea of build, am 6', wear 36" waist Levis a little loosely, and XL T-shirt. So, concealability vs. shootability? I find the XL easier to shoot in all respects. The 365 with flush fit mag is a sloppy little-fingerless fist; with the finger extension or 12 rd mag it is about okay.
