The only important thing here is Echo at the bottom and Attack Speed. After killing most of the room with Fragment Rain, Echo will be loaded up with a ton of damage. You want a Buffmeister with at least Pew at the bottom for a gun buff. BrrZerker power is the one that matters as that's the one that will increase your Frost Damage.
