played the psp version, and i remember there were a few items that could only be attained from certain mobs in certain level ranges, and past that they were completely unobtainable. does that remain in this version? and followup, played this on the psp. loved it. but im getting mixed messages on if this version is better or not. is there content in the psp version this one is missing?
With the release of Tactics Ogre Reborn, I’d like to ask veterans in this sub whether there is anything to watch out for? Missables? Unit to recruits? Resources management? Etc. It’s gonna be my first time playing and i heard that it could be quite hard for a newcomer. In the PSP version, there were 3 items that were permanently missable after a point, but this was mainly due to the weird class leveling system. I have no idea how those have been addressed. For the curious, it was a Swordmaster dance, a Ninja ninjutsu, and a bow. I'll do far more than that.
Tactics Ogre PSP is the version that finally got me to love Tactics Ogre. I always was an FFT guy first and foremost, and felt like TO was just a staging ground for the improved design, story, and characters that would come in FFT, but TO on PSP is fucking fantastic.Though it still shows its age in some ways, Tactics Ogre Reborn does a great job of cleaning up this SRPG classic and presenting it to a new generation. Nov 12, 2022 · It learns warrior skills. Then switches to Cleric. The level 5 Cleric won't be able to use the Warrior skills, and ALSO is missing all the skills that they would have learned if they had started as a cleric. AND, to make matters worse, I can't even level the unit up anymore until my party level rises so it can't learn the cleric skills.
On the wiki it says decoy should be on a ninja in sherri's fight and demonpetal dance on a templar in Barnicia Grand Staircase battle but I couldn't find neither of them.
