1 review of Mercy Medical Center "This hospital is now known as St. Alphonsus Hospital. That being said, I was pleased with them until they gave us conflicting, non timely news. They told us she would be in the hospital another week. Then, at 11 AM they decided to discharge her at 3 without informing family. They dropped the ball and neglected their duty of care.
