DA2 was pretty much better, probably the best one for mages' armors. Inquisition is... Strange. I don't despise the standard mage armor model, but it doesn't match the style of my inquisitor. I achieved a some what of warrior-ish style with a battlemage armor adding big arms and legs armor, but i don't remember the name of those.

It feels like bear's 65 armor absorbs 65 PERCENT of damage, not just flat 65.I have about 23% crit chance regular and 180%+ crit damage and it is far superior to something along the lines of 70% crit chance and 130% dmg. I am also wearing the 20% Armor pen ring along with the armor pen passives, Stealth full draw does 12k+ on armored targets. Stealth long shot is resting at about 11k(with ring)
