Before going to the range I took the mag apart and checked the spring and did a little sanding inside the mag on the polymer side, on the sharp edges of the follower and the top edges of the the mag. I was having similar issues with the Shield Arms Mags. Had two Gen 2 then bought a Gen 3; same issue. I replaced the recoil spring with a tungsten, light spring from Glock Store and so far, no issues after 100 rounds. I’ll follow up after my second trip to the range. Like you, if the problem repeats, I’m going back to OEM.

The problem comes from slight variations in the mag well dimensions which can cause the S15's to seat differently than the OEM mags and introduce feeding/chambering issues. Shield Arms has now released Gen 3 S15 mags which have addressed the issue with some new ribbing on the back of the magazines.
