If you have a E-Shift IS300, you could swap in a manual IS300 differential in which i was looking into doing. E-Shift 3.9~ vs the Manual 3.7~ :1 diff ratio. You will accelerate slower for sure, but you will tach alot lower. Not sure how to do the math and computation for figuring that out, but i thought about doing this operation as well..

The IS300 has a narrow track then then Supra/SC/GS so none of those axles are direct drop in. The GS400 diff swap will require a SHORTENED set of Supra TT axles. This process will inevitably be hack. Only option is custom Drive Shaft shop axles. If im wrong can someone please post a photo of their setup.
