Now that anatomy is over, we are in class about 2-4 hours a day. On average, about 3 hours per week are lectures with the whole class in the auditorium.

I guess if you're going sub-500, then 496+ helps. 30-40% of DO students had sub-500. (average across all DO students is only 501-502). i just got back from my 'top choice' school inteview at umdnj, and realized that it doesn't compare to lecom. i'm almost decided i'm going to lecom, i was accepted a few weeks ago and already sent my money. i was blown away by the integrated systems approach, the faculty, the facilities and even the city and the low rent. the facilities were a lot better here than at umdnj, believe it or not ...ARCOM pros:-visited campus for my interview and loved the environment and school-the triple helix curriculum is solid from what I heard from the current students there-has in-person classes (very important for me, plus they still have OMM in-person which most schools aren't doing anymore)-faculty and administration seems very supportive of the student body-my interviewers seemed interested in ...it seems like fraud since they are advertising one thing and we go in and we have to worry about another course on top of all the original ones and the credit hours increased too. we all brought up the issue once and a student almost got kicked out for petitioning about it.
