Both have adjustable combs but the MDT starts in a lower position. If you look at pictures of the KRG you'll see a cutout for bolt removal. MDT doesn't need this because of the lower comb. For me this means less cheek on the stock which is good from the bench. The palm swell of the grip is smaller and distance from the front of the vertical grip to the trigger is shorter than the Bravo. Similar style, price, designed use, etc. Deciding on your two choices would be better rationalised by your own "style" preference than any perceived difference in "quality" between the two.
