My wife and I have had our phones for a couple of years. So we know the settings. Apple blames Verizon and the Verizon tech I spoke with on the phone blames apple. I can not receive calls or text messages on my phone. And I can not send any text messages. Message says I do not wish to receive text/call right now. I CAN call out though.
