1. Location. mcfarland, WI. Tractor. ford 5000. I am having problems with my Ford 5000 3 point lift. Before I put it away for the winter, it seemed to be working fine. This spring, I noticed the 3 point lift wants to be either all the way up or all the way down. The lift selector lever works only at the very top of the range.Ford 6600 diesel tractor. motor surges at low RPM. will die if I don't bump up the RPM. runs normal at higher RPM. cant engage shredder at high RPM so can use. I have changed the fuel filters and blown out the fuel line from the fuel pump back to fuel tank. seems like governor kicks in when RPM is going down and thats what picks up the RPM again.At the end of the wire there should be a handle (76), or just a ring, attached. You attach the implement and back the tractor to push the link ends into locked position. Clearly, you are missing the handle for the wire.
