Normally where there is a remaining credit balance after the disconnection of services, the refund would go back to the last payment card on file. If there were any issues with the refund going back to the last payment card onfile, we would then mail you a refund check. The customer service reps were nice enough to try and help me. But they are ill-equipped to do anything other than read from the screen they’re given. Spent hours on hold over 10 different calls within a couple weeks.
