Id recommend Going through the doc and watching the videos on ka that the doc is based off of (the mcat psych/soc vids on khan academy.com ). I recommend using anki to remember the small details ...300 pager , 86 pager and add Anki tab I’m doing this right now and it’s pretty nice. Copy and paste section from 86 page to the “extra” tab on Anki and make sure everything make sense (comparing to 300 page). I felt the 300 pg document was bloated with too much fluff and images that didn’t help. I liked the 86 pg doc because it just got straight to the point. The 300 page doc is notes were typed up from several users on here and also verified by several users, from watching the KhanAcademy videos for the P/S section, which KhanAcademy is verified by the AAMC. I've heard so many people say to toss the Kaplan book for P/S because it just simply doesn't go as in depth as you need it to be.

I take Anki notes on the TPR chapters but just read the Kaplan pages so it isn't as bad especially over the course of a day. I'm checking out the reddit page now with that document and its been turned into a nearly 300 page document at this point so that'll be something to scan through for sure.

Kaplan might even have a little less. Grain of salt because internet, but it seems pretty comprehensive. This is consistent with my own experience, wherein MileDown review sheet has covered everything I've seen in Kaplan, Khan (obviously), TBR, and on UWorld. The milesdown review sheets are the review summaries located in each chapter in Kaplan.

Otherwise, I feel that these notes are fairly detailed for the other sections and I used them as my main study resource. So if I'm starting from about 0 knowledge of the topics, and I don't test till late May, would you say I'm doing the right thing by using the 300 page document and Kahn Academy videos, and then going into practicing with it? Probably not + don't bother. I don't think making your own cards will significantly help with content retention in the most efficient way. Doing anki cards in itself (even if they're someone else's) is good enough. I got a 132 just using TPR and the KA notes (I think I used the 100 page version though).
