They both had a hole in the seam, so I figured they might be able to re-sew them. One was a pair of wunder under luons, probably 3-4 years old, and the other ... I would definitely email them pictures, it can't hurt to see what they'll do. They might not replace them but they should at least offer to repair the seams.
