If the engine cranks over and you have no spark I would remove the crankshaft position sensor and clean the end of it off as there may be some metal debris interfering with the crank signal to the computer.Ohms is one thing - voltage is another, but if the charge coil is damaged and shorted to ground, you will get at best a weak spark but most usually no spark.
